This was fantastic. The two speakers were excellent, knowledgeable and well prepared! The docs and instructions were great.
Really made my day! It was interesting to see these services new to me and be able to use them effectively. Best class so far!

Best session for me. lost track of time. Step functions = Game changer.
Exactly what I was hoping to learn. Built an end to end image recognition app. Now I am going to have fun showing it to co-workers and friends :)

The session and content I developed along with Nacho García was so well received that it has been since delivered at 10+ companies and conferences. The code and self-paced tutorial can be found at this GitHub repo
Highlights from session feedback from Re:invent 2018 and 2019:
This was probably the best workshop of the trip, seriously great job by the presenters too!! Two thumbs way up!!!!
What a great workshop, great start to conference. Packed with useful content I can take back home and apply to better secure our work. Thank you!
This was the best workshop that I have been to. Well organized and helpful
Really great session. Learned from arrival to the end. Well prepared and adaptive to everyone.
Very useful even as reference material. Extremely happy to see it in GitHub so it can be looked up later as I was nowhere near finished. It is also the best documented, structured and clear workshops I’ve gone to (and probably the most valuable to me as well).
This workshop provided a strong foundation in securing serverless applications. The approach of mapping owasp top 10 risks to the various security domains was a nice way to frame the discussion. The presenters did a great job.
